Basic Green Smoothie

This is hands down the best way to start any morning and keeps me craving more fruits and veggies for the rest of the day. Plus, I’ve already had a massive serving of leafy greens!
  • 2 cups greens (spinach, rocket, kale, collards, etc)
  • 1 cup nut milk, coconut milk, or coconut water
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbl milled flaxseed
  • 1 cup frozen fruit
  1. Use a high speed blender to liquify the greens, liquids, and flax first until the immersion has a totally consistent color with no bits.
  2. Then add the fruit and blend again.
Add a big spoonful of nut butter for an extra flavor boost, or a handful of fresh herbs.
