Our plant-based whole food diet is as organic and local as possible and usually includes (in order of quantity):

  • vegetables
  • quinoa, oats, rice, & ancient grains
  • beans, legumes, & soy products (homemade milk, tempeh, tofu)
  • fruits
  • fermented foods (homemade kombucha, sourdough breads, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, vinegars)
  • coconut oil, milk, & water
  • other quality oils (extra virgin olive oil, sesame/tahini, nut oils)
  • nuts & seeds

We typically avoid:

  • processed sugar
  • processed and/or conventionally grown wheat
  • processed foods
  • conventionally grown greens, berries, conifers, tomatoes and anything you’d eat the skin of
